I see a charge I don't recognize

Last updated on Apr 18, 2026

Almost every unexpected TAPED charge is a subscription renewal. Here's how to check, and how to stop it.

Most likely: a Subscribe & Save renewal

When you placed your first order, Subscribe & Save was selected at checkout. This means we send a new delivery every 30 days and charge the card on file. It's easy to miss if you weren't expecting it — it's also how you got a discount on your first order.

Check your subscription

Go to taped.co/a/loop_subscriptions, enter the email you used at checkout, and we'll send you a secure login link.

Inside the portal you'll see your subscription, your next charge date, and the option to pause, skip, or cancel — all take effect right away.

If no subscription shows up

If you log in and don't see a subscription — or you're certain you never selected Subscribe & Save — email us right away at hello@taped.co with your order number (it starts with TPD#).

We'll investigate and make it right. If the charge wasn't meant to be there, we'll refund it in full.

Please email us before filing a dispute

If you file a chargeback with your bank first, the process takes weeks and we lose the ability to refund you directly. A quick email to hello@taped.co gets it resolved in days.
