Our 30-Night Guarantee means you can try TAPED at home — and if it's not right for you, we'll take care of you.

What's covered

For 30 days from the day your order is delivered:

  • Unopened items → full refund to your original payment method
  • Opened or tried items → store credit for any TAPED product, so you can try something else that suits you better
  • Defective or damaged on arrival → free replacement, no return needed

How to start

Email hello@taped.co with your order number (it starts with TPD#) and let us know:

  • Whether your items are opened or unopened
  • What you'd like — refund, store credit, or replacement for a defective item

We'll reply within one business day.

Refund and store credit timing

  • Store credit is issued the same day we receive and approve your return.
  • Refunds are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt and typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
