Why isn't my discount code working?
A few common reasons a code might not apply at checkout.
Another discount is already on your cart
Our discount codes can't be stacked. If a promotion is already applied — like Subscribe & Save, a site-wide sale, or a
bundle discount — a second code won't work on top of it.
You can choose whichever discount is better for you, but not both at once.
The code has expired
Codes from email campaigns and first-purchase offers have a validity window. If the code has expired, it won't apply —
even if the email is still in your inbox.
The code is tied to specific products
Some codes only work on certain items (new releases, the full-size Mouth Tape, a specific collection). If your cart has
items the code doesn't cover, it won't apply.
A small typo
Codes are case-sensitive. Copy and paste directly from the email or page where you received it to avoid missed
characters.
