Most of our range is covered by our 30-Night Guarantee — including opened strips, which are eligible for store credit. A few items can't be returned at all:
- Subscription milestone gifts (e.g. silk eye mask, silk pillowcase) — gifts from us stay yours
- Limited or special edition products — once they're gone, they're gone
Everything else falls under our 30-Night Guarantee.
