How do I start a return or exchange?

Here's how to return or exchange a TAPED order under our 30-Night Guarantee.

Step 1 — Email us

Write to hello@taped.co with:

  • Your order number (starts with TPD#)
  • Which items you'd like to return
  • Whether they are opened or unopened

Step 2 — We'll confirm your option

Within one business day, we'll reply with:

  • Full refund — if your items are unopened
  • Store credit — if your items are opened or tried (same value, usable on any TAPED product)

And the return address:

Step 3 — Ship it back

Ship to the address above using any carrier. Return shipping is your responsibility.

Once you've dropped it off, send us the tracking number — we need it to process your refund or store credit.

When you'll be paid

  • Store credit is issued the same day we receive and approve your return.
  • Refunds are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt. Funds typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days.
